Start - north corner of Davis's Old Field near Abraham Collings dwelling Plantation, runs into an older tract called "Grantham" granted to Edward Day 10 August 1684 located in woods near Cataiens Creek.

Only landmark listed - adjacent land called "Grantham" formerly belonging to Day Scott

Survey examined and passed 11 July 1765
Patent granted 6 Dec. 1765
A resurvey of "Harper's Lot" originally surveyed on 10 Aug. 1753 granted to John Harper contained 17A. Resurvey shows only contained 13A clear, 4A overlaps into an older survey called "Kings Hazzard" original survey 10 Sept 1723 granted to John King.
To the remaining 13A surveyor added 79A of vacant land and called whole "Pritchett's Lott". Touches land called "Hope" on north east side of a pond that makes out of main branch of Travers Creek.
