Number 49 DEATH CERTIFICATE | In the year 1810 the 3rd of the month of December at 10 o'clock in the morning in the presents of André Michel Hendrix, Mayor of Helden, officer of the town hall, these gentlemen appeared before me, Jean Caris age 26 years, a farmer living at Helden, a neighbor of the deceased, and Geoffroi Peeters age 74 years, farmer living at Helden, who is a neighbor of the deceased, and they declare to me that on the 2nd of the month of December in the year 1810 at 4 o'clock they were present at the death of Martin Caris husband of the late Elisabeth Janssen, born at Helden, Department of Roermond, age 69 years, farmer living at Helden, son of Theodore Caris and of Jeanne Denis both deceased.
The above witnessed and signed the present declaration, after the reading of the death certificate. The second witness did not sign because he can not write.
