Stötewich, aged 54, who served as midwife.
She lives in Helden, Department of Roermond.
She delivered a female child and explained that the birth took place 25 November 1815 at 1:00 AM
born of Johann Karis and Johanna Brunen his wife, working as farmers and residing in Helden. Furthermore this childs first name was given as Elisabeth
This certificate and information have been witnessed by Petrus Berber, aged 30 years old working as a farmer and residing in Helden, and Gerard Willemsen aged 42 years old working as a farmer residing in Helden.
The people mentioned in this document, as well as the two witnesses have signed, along with me, the document, with the exception of the person who could not read the explanatory section and announced that he also could not write as well as the first witness.
