Daughter: Elizabeth Tolby - my house and lot in Denton where Edward Hardcastle now lives.
Son: Nicholas Fountain - my house and lot at Denton Bridge where he now lives, also the small farm Nicholas now occupies near Denton which I bought of Thomas Still in Caroline County.
Daughter: Mary Willis and
Daughter: Catherine Fountain - farm in Caroline County where William Berry now lives - to be equally divided between them.
Son: William Fountain - dwelling plantation where I now live plus the sum of $700.00 to finish his mill.
Son: John Fountain - remaining part of home farm where I now live plus a young Bay Colt and $40.00, also a silver watch and a new saddle.

Nicholas and William were appointed Ex.

Item: I give and bequeath to my dear daughter Sarah E. Willis of Easton, Talbot County, all my household property and furniture now in her house where I reside.

Item: I will that all my real estate shall be sold within one year from the time of my death, at public sale by Executor hereinafter named and the proceeds to be equally divided among all my beloved children and the child of my deceased son James Henry Hubbard, and lastly I do hereby appoint my son William L. Hubbard of Easton, Talbot County to be my sole executor of this my last will and testament, Etc.
